I am Carra, an Autism Care Specialist and Registered Behavior Technician. I work alongside families, caregivers, and educators to build calm, confidence, and real progress, in your home or virtually.
Autism Care with Carra grew out of love. Supporting my nonverbal niece showed me how much families need care that is patient, individualized, and grounded in real understanding. Every child deserves to feel safe, seen, and capable, and every family deserves a guide who has been there.
Behavior is communication. The CARE Method helps you respond to what your child is really telling you, before correcting what you see.
Connection creates emotional safety. Children learn best when they feel safe and supported, through a calm tone, patience, and your steady presence.
Every behavior has a reason. Sensory overload, fatigue, or trouble communicating often sit underneath. Understanding the cause is how you find the right support.
A dysregulated nervous system cannot learn. We lower the demands and the sensory load first, so calm can return before any teaching or correcting begins.
Structure creates predictability, and predictability creates safety. Visual schedules and steady routines build independence and confidence over time.
Every program is comprehensive, specialized, and shaped around your child and your family. Choose a full holistic plan or focus on a single area. Available in person or virtually.

I am a Registered Behavior Technician, a Special Education Aide, and an Early Childhood Education student specializing in children with special needs. Over the years I have also been a toddler teacher, nanny, and caregiver, which gave me a heartfelt understanding of how children grow, feel, and connect.
Through Autism Care with Carra, I bridge understanding, share hands-on strategies, and guide families and educators with warmth, patience, and purpose.
